Exercise Intensity Direction Movement Volume
Drop & Catch Push Up Shock Vertical Begin in a kneeling position, the athlete then falls to the ground, catching self with hands. Upon hand contact, the athlete allows the elbows to bend, almost touching the chest.  The ascent is forceful enough to propel the athlete back to the beginning position. 10 reps.
