Burners The Tip of the Iceberg?

Burners (Brachial Plexus Traction Injury) are common in football. If only one occurs during the season, the athlete will probably have no long term side effects. But, if more that one burner occurs during the same season the athlete should be evaluated by a physician for other possible anatomic causes. Paying careful attention to Burner symptoms could save the athlete from a lifetime of impairment.
