Pad Osgood-Schlatter Pain

Osgood-Schlatter's Syndrome is due to rapid growth and is characterized by painful swelling just below the knee cap. The swollen area is very tender to even the slightest touch, and when two players bump knees it cause severe pain. To help keep pain levels down have the athlete wear a large knee pad, such as a volleyball knee pad.
